Rental Logics Kerala — Refund Policy

At Rental Logics Kerala, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying rental experience for every customer. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for bike and scooter rentals booked through our platform.

1. Cancellation & Refunds

Before Pickup: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Within 24 Hours of Pickup: A cancellation fee may apply depending on the rental duration and vehicle type.
No-Show: If you do not arrive at the pickup location within the scheduled time without prior intimation, the booking may be considered a no-show and the advance payment may be forfeited.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of pickup. This deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection for any damage, fuel shortfall, or excess kilometer charges.

3. Early Return

If you return the vehicle before the scheduled end time, the unused rental period is generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
